MyOwnBusiness.org. MyOwnBusiness.org offers courses on building business plans. And their site provides a good outline and lots of good questions and thoughts about what to include (and what not to include).

BRS Business Planning. These business plans are from a MOOT CORP. competition where the contestants were voted on by venture capitalists. These example plans are superb. Business Resource Software which hosts the site offers business planning software tools, BRS.

Babson. A simple business plan outline if that’s all that you need.

ODU. Old Dominion University offers a bit more detailed business plan.
